Sunshine RMT is a registered massage therapy clinic located at 1057 Ridgeway Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 1S6. Our website address is https://sunshinermt.com.

This website does not require an account and does not track you for advertising. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. We also record the time of submission and the IP address the message was sent from, purely to help us identify spam.
• Server logs. Like every website, our host records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to info@sunshinermt.com and are used only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

• Jane App. Online booking is handled by Jane (sunshinermt.janeapp.com). Anything you enter there is governed by Jane's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps. Our contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading it means Google may set cookies and receive your IP address.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces and icons are served from Google's font CDN.

Health information collected during treatment is kept separately from this website, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (BC) and the record-keeping standards of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. It is never published on or transmitted through this site.

Contact-form emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sunshinermt.com or call 778-772-1010 and we will respond within 30 days.
